RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. You must return the items in unused condition and in the original packing.

REFUNDS

We can not offer you a refund or exchange for rings customized in a specific size.

No refunds on sale items.

We can not offer a refund for defects or damage due to improper or careless use, or to normal wear and aging. Please view the Care Instructions carefully.

If you wish to proceed with a refund send an email to: info@helenekask.com together with your order details, to let us know that you will be returning your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept responsibility for the shipping and safe transit of your returned item. We therefore recommend you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.
